A Little bit About Me...    
   
My name is Jennifer Vo. I am a Real Estate Professional, I know the importance of selecting and buying a great home in the right neighborhood.

 I've been a Broker and dedicated agent working in the Real Estate business since 2003. My experience is specialized regarding investment properties such as "fixer upper" homes. I have helped multiple investors to buy houses requiring reasonable remodeling; which were then fixed up and resold for profit. I also have years of experience in fields such as: booking, marketing, servicing, investing, and managing all types of residential and vacation properties. I am a Certified Probate Specialist. I also have significant contacts locally in the Bay area to provide property management services. I've also had experience with ShortSale's, REO/BankOwned  Properties. This expertise has served my clients well in providing them with a variety of needed services at a very cost effective price.

Prior to entering the real estate field, I worked in the Engineering industry for almost 23 years as a Electro/Mechanical Designer Engineer. On a day to day basis I use many of my detail skills to provide outstanding service to my clients and customers.

Focus and Farming:

My particular focus is helping existing homeowners, new home buyers, short sale specialist listing's , buying  Short Sale, REO, bank owned home and similar type clients in the Almaden Valley, Evergreen Valley, Santa Clara, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Mountain View,  Blossom Hill, San Jose area, and the Patterson Stanislaus county area, Sacramento as well as the surrounding areas of the Silicon Valley.
